What counts as a revision round
You send your notes or talk them through with me. I write the agreed changes in a revision summary. You confirm it before I build. Questions along the way do not use a round.
Process
One brief, one statement of work, clear dates. The questionnaire, our discussion and the SOW are free.
The six steps
From first note to finished site.
Before you pay, we agree dates for your deposit and materials, my draft and revision rounds, your feedback and final approval, and the day the site goes online.
Send me a note and I will reply with a short questionnaire about your project, who it is for and what the site needs to do.
By call, voice notes or messages, whichever suits your schedule best. You then receive one statement of work (SOW) with what I will build, what I need from you, the price and the timeline.
Signing the SOW and paying the 50% deposit starts the project. I send the deposit invoice and a link for uploading your materials.
The first draft takes three business days for a one-page Simple site, five for a larger Simple site and seven for a Signature site. The count starts once your materials are in.
Send your notes or book a call. I write a revision summary and you confirm it. I complete each round within two business days. Three rounds are included.
Your final written approval completes the website. I invoice the remaining 50%, and once it is received I hand over the files. File-based sites include a deployment guide. If you chose care, I put the site online under that plan.
In plain words
We choose the editing method and the hosting owner separately, then record both in your SOW. The SOW is valid for 30 calendar days.

The SOW contains the approved brief. The build period begins when the signed SOW, the cleared deposit and your complete materials are ready. Agreed image references stand in for final images I am creating.
Tell me early and we can agree new dates in writing. If materials are still incomplete fourteen calendar days after the deposit clears and we have not agreed an extension, the project pauses until my next available slot.
The website files belong to you after full payment. You can publish a file-based site yourself with my guide, or choose the care plan and let me run it. Your domain and contact form account stay yours either way.
You hold the hosting and pay any provider fees. For a file-based site, I give you the source files and a deployment guide. If your site has an editor, I help set up the agreed route in your accounts.
I put the site online and run it while care is active. You keep the domain, the website files and the contact form account. When care ends, the agreement includes moving the site to hosting in your name.
